Shipping policy

100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday’s. 

After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

We have a flat rate shipping cost of $15 Australia wide. This is for standard delivery. 

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex to deliver products straight to your door.

Express postage can be arranged at an additional cost, please email us: info@thechaosemporium.com to discuss your express postage needs.

All products are packaged to avoid handling and damages while reducing the impact on the environment with packing materials.
