Refund policy
We don’t offer any exchanges or refunds for change of mind, this includes However if the product you purchased is faulty, and you have not misused the product in any way which would cause a problem, we are more than happy to either issue a full refund, replacement or a store credit at our discretion. We guarantee the highest quality control of all our product range, and take the greatest care in providing products that adhere to our criteria. If for any reason you feel that the products provided do not meet the standard, please email us: info@thechaosemporium.com and we will be more than happy to find a resolution.
Please note, we cover the return shipping cost for faulty products, if however upon inspection the product is not deemed to be at fault, then the customer will be invoiced return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your products and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
