- 🛠️ Faulty Items: If something arrives faulty (and hasn’t been misused), we’ve got you—refund, replacement or store credit (our call)

- 🔍 Check Your Order: Please inspect your goodies as soon as they arrive and let us know ASAP if something’s not right
- 📦 Return Shipping (Faulty Items): We cover return shipping for confirmed faulty products
- ⚠️ Not Faulty? If the item isn’t deemed faulty after inspection, return shipping costs will be passed on
- 🎯 Our Standards: We pride ourselves on quality, but if we’ve missed the mark, we’ll make it right
- 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Includes perishable goods, custom/personalised items, personal care products, and hazardous materials
