  • 1. What is the return and exchange policy?
  • Answer:  We don’t offer any exchanges or refunds for change of mind.  However if the product you purchased is faulty, and you have not misused the product in any way which would cause a problem, we are more than happy to either issue a full refund, replacement or a store credit at our discretion. We guarantee the highest quality control of all our product range, and take the greatest care in providing products that adhere to our criteria. If for any reason you feel that the products provided do not meet the standard, please email us: info@thechaosemporium.com and we will be more than happy to find a resolution.

    Please note, we cover the return shipping cost for faulty products, if however upon inspection the product is not deemed to be at fault, then the customer will be invoiced return shipping costs.


    1. Is my order shipped from Australia?

    Answer: Yes, we take great pride in being an Australian owned and operated business, your product orders will either be sent from Sydney or Brisbane, depending on stock levels in our warehouses.


    1. What are the products made from?

    Answer: Our products are made from a variety of different materials, ranging from high quality silicone to pine wood. All our plastic products are BHP free and we make sure to source our stock from ethical suppliers to reduce the impact on our environment.

    1. When will my order arrive?

    Answer: 100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday’s.  For shipments, please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.


    1. Do you have a physical shop?

    Answer: Although we don’t have a bricks and mortar store, we do have other opportunities where you can come and meet us as well as view our products. We are regular exhibitors at The Pregnancy Baby & Children’s expo, specifically Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We also attend various local markets in QLD, so be sure to check our Facebook page to see where we will be. So while our trading may be online, we do provide many opportunities to see our products in the flesh, so why not come on down and say G’day if you are ever in the area of a local market we are attending.
